Wildlife Photographer of the Year display is on until 17th March. If you like wildlife, photography or both, then it is a must see. Tea room gets busy.
Great exhibition as always (wildlife photographer). Food, service and atmosphere in cafe always Fantastic! We will keep supporting and returning whenever possible. October craft fair a good way to stock up on unusual Christmas presents.
Very interesting display of wildlife photography. Really useful to see details of type of camera / settings used.. I'm a wheelchair user & only just managed to fit in lift as it was very small but receptionist allowed us to check I could get in it before paying as all display was upstairs.
A wonderful gallery of nature related art. Excellent visiting exhibitions which are always interesting and the chance to see artists at work and talk with them about their art. Add in an excellent cafe/ restaurant and you have a perfect day out.
Great place to visit for everyone interested in art. Interesting exhibitions throughout the year based around many different art forms and ideas. Artists in residence are wonderful to watch working and always seem happy to chat and share knowledge etc. We've been coming here for years and always amazed at such varied work from historical to modern. Lovely cafe with reasonable prices and tasty lunches/cakes. Picnic area and garden/ponds with artworks everywhere you go and wild life to enjoy. Fab local country walks.
